Brief history of the organization

•Research Center for BioCyberneticsi was registered by the Department of Public and Political communication of Moscow Government in 1994 as a non-profit organization. Since then, Bludov Andrey A manages the Centre. •The Centre cooperates with leading academic, educational and medical organizations and has offices in the USA, Canada, the EU, Israel. •Currently a cooperation agreement with UNESCO IITE signed. |

Project "Stuttering treatment"
•The idea: Basic research described in the patents "Method compensation stuttering, logoneuroses and instable activity of nervous speech centers" and "Method of voice chords
relaxation in resonance speech production."
•What is being done: we investigated the relationship between voice structure, neurotic status and a form of stuttering. Dissertations. Patents.
•Result: Stuttering treatment in the Center of Speech Correction with "BreathMaker".

Project "Your voice us your psychologist & stylist"
•The idea: Spectrum our voice is a "mirror" of EEG and heart rate variability spectrum. Changing the pitch and colour of our voices by certain way, we can change our own psychological & somatic status and influence other people.
•What is being done: we investigated the relationship between the characteristics of voice, EEG, HRV and psychological status.
•Result: Program conStudio for psychological & somatic status correction with good style of your voice

Project "Doctor-A & heart rate variability"
•The idea: Heart rate variability (HRV) and the autonomic nervous system are closely linked. Real time monitoring of HRV allows to control any
treatment activity and auto-manage internal organs with a bio-feedback.
•What is being done: we investigated the relationship between heart rate variability and basic functional systems of organism. Dissertations. Patents.
•Result: The program Doctor-A for real-time monitoring and functional systems regulation with bio-feedback
4. 
Project "Hypoxytherapy"
•The idea: The fluctuation in blood oxygen concentration is auto-regulatory process. Hypoxytherapy should be conducted in resonance with the individual physiological auto-regulatory hypoxic cycle (IPAH-cycle). That can increase the effectiveness of therapy and remove potential complications.
•What is being done: The method of IPAH-cycle finding and a resonance intermittent normobaric hypoxytherapy (RINH). Dissertations. Patents.
•Result: the program "Doctor-A&RINH" for manage the regimes of resonance intermittent normobaric hypoxytherapy.
5. 
Project "Dysarthria"
•The idea: When there is dysarthria, the signs of the central and peripheral neurological deficiency
are defined in the specific parameters of voice.
•What is being done: The possibility of compensation of spastic, rhythmic and timbral dysarthria violations with the use of auditory and visual feedback in passive and active modes was studied.
•Result: The program "DART" for the treatment of dysarthria.
